We Start By Understanding Who You Are
A pre-course Meet & Greet introduces you to your cohort and sets expectations. Then Week 0 splits by archetype: non-technical students get a CS 101 primer; technical students do an ML crash course. Either way, your first 1:1 with your instructor happens here — before the real work begins.
Six Core Modules. Everyone Together.
Weeks 1–6 are shared curriculum — all students, same material, same pace. One hour of 1:1 coaching per week. Drop-in office hours. Discord always on. The goal is maps, not mastery — landscape-level navigation so you know what exists and where to go deep. Around Week 3, you pick your longitudinal project.
Your Project + Electives, Running in Parallel
Self-paced electives are available from day one alongside the core. Your longitudinal project runs for roughly five weeks. After you select it, 1:1 sessions shift toward project coaching. Week 7 is a focus elective of your choosing for dedicated depth.
Graduation Into the Community
Your instructor gives a personal sign-off when you're done. That unlocks permanent membership in the graduate Discord and the ongoing newsletter. No certificate. Just the network and the work you built.
