The program
This page covers your enrollment in Broomstick's paid, cohort-based AI training program. You enroll for a specific cohort, shown on the enrollment page at the time you sign up; the cohort's start date and format are exactly as displayed there. This is an interim, AI-drafted description of the program terms — see the notice at the top of this page.
Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of enrollment; your seat is confirmed once payment succeeds. Refunds: enrolling reserves a seat, and that seat is taken off the market the moment you pay. For that reason, we issue a full refund only if your seat is refilled and paid for by someone joining from the waitlist before your cohort starts. If your seat is not refilled and paid for from the waitlist, no refund is issued, including after the cohort starts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share your enrollment or account access with anyone else, and not to misrepresent your enrollment or completion status to a third party. Violating this may result in losing access without a refund, subject to the refund terms above.
Disclaimer
Broomstick is educational content. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, income increases, or that any AI tool covered in the program will perform a particular way in your context. These terms are the same for every enrollee. We do not offer individually negotiated terms, and enrolling means you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in effect at the moment you complete checkout. Broomstick is an English-only service at this time. All instruction, materials, and support are provided in English. We may offer service in additional languages in the future.
Governing law
The governing law and dispute-resolution terms for this entity have not yet been set by legal counsel and are not stated here. This section will be completed in the v2 prose once the law firm's review is back — see the version notice at the top of this page. We are not asserting a jurisdiction we have not actually had reviewed.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Every version is published permanently at its own /terms/v{n} address and listed in the changelog below; the version you accepted at checkout is recorded and does not silently change underneath you.
