Terms of Service
Who you are contracting with
These Terms are a contract between you and Broomstick AI LLC, the company that operates this website and runs the training program. By completing checkout you accept the version of these Terms, and of our Privacy Policy, that is in effect at that moment; that version is recorded with your enrollment. The same Terms apply to every enrollee, and we do not negotiate individual variations. These terms are the same for every enrollee. We do not offer individually negotiated terms, and enrolling means you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in effect at the moment you complete checkout.
The program
The program is a paid, cohort-based course on working with AI. You enroll in a specific cohort, and its start date and format are the ones shown to you at signup. The standard format is one one-hour class per week, a ninety-minute workshop, and forty-five-minute one-on-one sessions. After your cohort ends, you keep access to the course materials. Broomstick is an English-only service at this time. All instruction, materials, and support are provided in English. We may offer service in additional languages in the future.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. When you start checkout, our server creates a Stripe Checkout session and your browser is sent to a page hosted by Stripe, where you enter your card details on Stripe's own domain. We never see or store your card number. With the checkout session we send Stripe an identifier for your visit (the assignment id described in our Privacy Policy), the campaign and link parameters that brought you to the site, the cohort you are enrolling in, and the version numbers of the Terms and Privacy Policy you are accepting. We do not send Stripe your email address; Stripe may ask for one on its own page, under its own privacy policy.
Refunds
Enrolling reserves a specific seat in a specific cohort, and your payment takes that seat off the market: once you hold it, we stop offering it to anyone else. Because a reserved seat is one we can no longer sell, whether a refund is possible depends on whether your seat is refilled from the waitlist. Read this rule carefully before you pay, because it is strict and it does not soften after the cohort begins. Refunds: enrolling reserves a seat, and that seat is taken off the market the moment you pay. For that reason, we issue a full refund only if your seat is refilled and paid for by someone joining from the waitlist before your cohort starts. If your seat is not refilled and paid for from the waitlist, no refund is issued, including after the cohort starts.
Your enrollment and acceptable use
Your enrollment is personal to you. Do not share your enrollment or account access with anyone else. Do not misrepresent your enrollment or completion status — for example, by claiming to have completed the program when you have not, or to be enrolled when you are not. If you violate these rules, we may end your access to the program and its materials. Ending access for a violation does not by itself create a right to a refund; the refund terms above still govern whether any refund issues.
What we do not promise
The program is educational content. We do not guarantee any outcome from taking it: no promise of job placement, employment, income, business results, or any other specific result. What you get from the program depends in part on factors outside our control, including your own time and circumstances. You should not enroll on the expectation of a particular result, and nothing we publish about the program should be read as a guarantee of one.
Privacy, in brief
Our Privacy Policy explains in full what this site does with data; this section is only a summary. The site sets one first-party cookie to keep the page you see stable, sends usage events only to our own servers, and includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking code of any kind. Your email address and IP address are never included in the usage-event stream, though our server does separately record your IP address when you visit. Payment happens on Stripe's own pages. A Manage cookies control in the footer of every page lets you opt out at any time.
Changes to these Terms, and how versions work
We may publish new versions of these Terms. Every version is published permanently at its own address, of the form /terms/v followed by the version number, and every version is listed in the changelog below, so you can see what changed and when. The version you accept at checkout is recorded with your enrollment and does not change underneath you: your enrollment is governed by the version you accepted, not by whatever we publish later.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms do not select a governing law or a forum for disputes, and nothing in them limits the rights you have under the law that applies to you. If you have a concern about your enrollment, write to us first; most questions are settled directly.
